Noticeboard

Did you know that since April 2015, you don't have to wait on the phone to speak to your GP surgery?  Just like online banking, you can look at your GP records on a computer, a tablet or a smartphone, using a website or an app.  You can choose to: Book and cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions online and look at part of your GP records online.  Ask at reception on how to sign up for these services.

Named GP - with effect from 1 April 2015 all patients will have a named GP who will have overall responsiblity for the care and support provided for them.  This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the Practice as you currently do.  If you wish to know who your named GP is please ask our Reception Team, GP or Practice Nurse.

Choose Well

Choose-well-logo-200x124.jpgChoosing the right place to go for NHS treatment will ensure that you get the right care, as soon as possible. Using an alternative to Accident and Emergency (A&E) when you aren't seriously ill could mean that you end up waiting less time to receive care. It will also allow leave emergency services to those who need them most. A&E and 999 are for life-threatening and emergency conditions only, such as heart attacks, strokes and serious injuries
