How to see a doctor
All patients are seen by appointment. We strive to see all patients as quickly as possible and have a daily on call service for urgent appointments. Patients can book up to 3 months in advance and wherever possible we try and make these with the GP of your choice.
If you cannot keep an appointment, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible, so that is can be offered to someone else. If you are running late, tell us and we will try to help.
Alternatively, you could ask for a telephone consultation.
Appointments can be made in person, by telephone or online. If you would like to make appointments online please bring two forms of ID (one with photo) to the Practice and we will register you for this service.
These are designed to assess your heatlh needs. A face to face consultation is not always required, but the doctor will advise you. Should they wish to see you then you will be given an appointment. Telephone consulations can be prebooked, and we will call you back at a designated time. Please allow 30 minutes either side of this time.
